Introduction:
Paikaba is an online shopping platform serving customers across Bangladesh. 
To maintain quality service and streamline operations, the following seller Policy 
has been established for sellers partnering with Paikaba .

Delivery Commitment:
• Sellers must ensure timely hand over the product to our delivery man /shipment house 
so the products will deliver to the customers within the specified time frame agreed 
upon during the order placement.
• Any delays in delivery must be promptly communicated to Paikaba 's management
 team with valid reasons.

Commission Charges:
• Paikaba  will charge a commission  on each product sold through the
 platform.
• Sellers are responsible for remitting the commission amount to M R MEGA SHOP 
within the agreed-upon time frame.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
• Refunds are not permitted except in cases where the product received by the 
customer is defective or significantly different from the description provided.
• Customers have the option to exchange defective products for a replacement of 
the same item or a similar one of equal value. If Seller have not the same item then seller must 
Refund money.  
• Sellers must cooperate with Paikaba 's customer service team to facilitate 
the exchange process efficiently.

Product Quality Assurance:
• Sellers are expected to maintain high standards of product quality and ensure that 
all items listed on the platform meet the specified criteria.
• Any complaints regarding product quality will be addressed promptly, and sellers 
may be subject to penalties or removal from the platform if consistent issues arise.

Compliance with Policies:
• Sellers must adhere to all policies and guidelines set forth by Paikaba ,
 including but not limited to product listing requirements, pricing regulations,
 and customer service standards.
• Violations of policies may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of 
the seller's account on the platform.

Communication and Support:
• Sellers should maintain open communication channels with Paikaba 's management
 team for any queries, concerns, or assistance required.
 Paikaba  will provide necessary support and guidance to sellers to ensure
smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
